Delivery Policy

After shipping the order with Aramex, the customer will be contacted if after 2-3 attempts Aramex didn’t get any response, the shipment will be held in their offices for 21 days if the customer failed collecting the shipment it’ll be destroyed.

We are not responsible for any customs fees and it must be paid by the customer.
